Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 packet Lutrish Chocolate Shake
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 cup Whole milk (add more if it’s to thick)
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour batter into circles. Flip once bubbles appear.
Chocolate Latte Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 packet Lutrish Chocolate Shake
- 1 tsp. Espresso powder or instant coffee
- 1/4 cup Coffee flavored yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Sweetener, sugar or honey to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
If desired, you can top with some whipped cream.
Brownie Batter Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Whole milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
- 1 packet Lutrish Chocolate Shake
Directions
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to mug or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with chopped nuts or topping of your choice.
Enjoy cold or microwave for 30-60 seconds for warm.
Chocolate Banana Smoothie
